1. An adult, 18+ platform

HushFun is an adult platform intended only for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if that age is higher). It is a social platform built around privacy and consent for the kink, BDSM and adult community.

HushFun contains adult and sexually explicit material, including intimate and explicit images, frank discussion of sex, kink and relationships, and adult-oriented community spaces, groups, events and messaging. This content is intended exclusively for a consenting adult audience.

Access to explicit content is gated behind identity and age verification: explicit material is reserved for verified members whom our trusted third-party check has confirmed to be 18 or over. You can read more about how that works on our Safety page.

2. Your affirmation by using HushFun

By accessing, browsing or using HushFun, you affirm and represent that:

you are at least 18 years of age, and you are of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform;
you consent to viewing adult, sexually explicit content and do so of your own free will;
you are accessing this material for your own personal use, and not on behalf of, or in a place visible to, anyone under 18;
you do not find such material offensive, objectionable or inappropriate; and
accessing adult content is lawful in your community and jurisdiction (see Section 5).

If you cannot make every one of these affirmations, please leave the platform now and do not use it.

3. No minors — zero tolerance

HushFun is strictly not for anyone under the age of 18. Minors are prohibited from accessing, registering for, or using the platform under any circumstances. We require age verification before members can access the adult experience, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 onto the platform.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexualises, depicts or involves a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Where we identify such content or conduct, we remove it, terminate the account, preserve relevant information, and report to law enforcement and the relevant authorities as required by law. There are no exceptions to this.

4. Guidance for parents & guardians

We want to help keep adult content away from minors. If you are a parent or guardian, there are several effective tools you can use to restrict access to adult material on the devices and networks young people use:

Device and operating-system parental controls — most phones, tablets, computers and games consoles include built-in content restrictions and screen-time controls.
Network- and browser-level filtering — many home routers, internet service providers and web browsers offer family or adult-content filtering you can switch on.
Dedicated parental-control software — third-party filtering and monitoring tools can block adult websites across a household's devices.
Content-labelling standards — adult sites commonly support labelling such as the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") label, which compatible parental-control and filtering software can detect to block access automatically.

These references are provided for general guidance only. We recommend choosing the tools that best fit your devices and household, and keeping them up to date.

5. Your jurisdiction & responsibility

Laws on accessing adult content differ from place to place. The age of majority, and the legality of viewing sexually explicit material, vary by country, state and region.

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing HushFun and its adult content is lawful where you live and from wherever you access it. If adult content is restricted or unlawful in your jurisdiction, or if you are below the legal age there, you must not use the platform. By continuing, you take responsibility for complying with the laws that apply to you.

6. If you are not eligible

If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), if you do not consent to viewing adult content, or if accessing such content is unlawful for you, please leave HushFun now.

You do not need to do anything else. Simply close the page and do not register or continue. Adult content is not for everyone, and that is a perfectly valid choice.
